He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Betler and Rena Betler. He is survived by: his sons, Russell Betler (Deborah) and Steven Betler (Miranda). He is also survived by his five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and many extended family members, friends, and neighbors.
