Daniel G. Spencer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel G. Spencer of McDonough, New York, who passed away on September 21, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Burleigh Spencer and Helen Spencer (Hatton); his brother Jack Cowan; and his in-laws, James and Crystal Wright.

He is survived by: his spouse Pati Wright; his children, Christopher Naylor (Tammy) of Sherburne, Travis Spencer (Desiree) of McDonough and Lora Spencer of Norwich; his grandchildren, Drew, Gabby Naylor, Hannah, Logan Spencer and Evan Chesebro; and his siblings, Robert Spencer (Mary) of Florida, David Spencer (Virginia) of McDonough, Gary Spencer (Nancy) of McDonough, Larry Figary (Patricia) of Greene, Pamela Bassett (Terry) of Florida, Paula Bishop (Charles) of Plymouth and Priscilla Morris (Leroy) of Florida.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Dan's memory may be sent to the Pharsalia Hook Community building, a project Dan took pride in helping to maintain.
