He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Malmquist and Marie Fusco Malmquist. He is survived by : his wife Joanna; his sons, Anthony (Pheobe) and Joseph; his grandsons, Carter and Levi; and his sisters, Joanne Livermore (Robert) and Elizabeth Loewenstein (Stuart). He is also survived by aunts and many cousins.
