She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Stevens and Laura Stevens; her husband Franklin Rood; and her brother Jesse R. Stevens. She is survived by: her son Scott Rood (Jeanette) of Illinois; her grandchildren, Michael McDonald (Kristin), Tricia Steidinger and Megan Rood; and her sister Barbara Rounds (Richard). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the McGrawville Rural Cemetery.
