He is survived by: his girlfriend Nancy Garland of Clifton Park; his brothers, Vincent Lanzone (late Carol) of Mechanicville and Joseph Lanzone (Mary Carol) of Mechanicville; and his daughter Denise Morehouse (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Van Rensselaer Manor, in loving memory of Anthony "Tony" Lanzone.
