She was predeceased by: her parents, Rainy Chapko and Ellen Collignon; and her stepmother Stephanie Maloney Chapko. She is survived by: her siblings, Dennis and Brenda (George); her nieces, Cassondra Chapko (Anthony) and Camille Coyne (Allen); and her stepbrother JD Maloney (Carolyn). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
