He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley DeVoe and Doris O'Connor DeVoe; and his brother Thomas DeVoe. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Miranda DeVoe; his children, Matthew DeVoe (Kate Hannan) and Stephanie DeVoe; and his siblings, Wesley "Lee" DeVoe (Joanne), Marge Dunn (Bob), David DeVoe (Margaret), Elaine Lambert (Doug), Barbara Wayman (Dave), Raymond DeVoe (Cindy) and Paul DeVoe (Beth). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home (39 S Main St, Mechanicville, NY 12118). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
