He is survived by: his sons, Josh (Jennifer) and Chad (Christine); his grandchildren, Kate, Connor, Henry and Reed; his girlfriend Joan Joyner; his brother Albert Lewis (Ruth); and his sister-in-law Lisa Lewis. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
