He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Schultz and Ruth Perry Schultz; and his siblings, John, Robert Schultz, Beverly Rivera, Deborah Groen and Kathleen Balbuena.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Sanders Schultz; his daughter Ashlee Schultz; his siblings, Ronald, Joseph (Carmen), Thomas Schultz (Marietta), Bette Anzalone (Louis), Diane Anzalone (Martine) and Susan Maxwell (William); and his sister-in-law Patricia Schultz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home (39 S Main St, Mechanicville, NY 12118). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at the Stillwater Union Cemetery (1150 Hudson Ave, Stillwater, NY 12170).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Lavelle School for the Blind, 3830 Paulding Ave, Bronx, NY 10469 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
