He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Pieniaszek and Dorothy Pieniaszek (Rytlewski). He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Marilyn Black (Corey) and David E. Pieniaszek Jr.; his grandchildren, Devon Pahuta (Tiffany), Dillon and Haley Black; his great grandchildren, Isabell and Mason Pahuta; his brother Stanley Pieniaszek; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
