She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald E. Bensley and Ann M. Bensley (Stilwell); her sister Kathleen Callard; and her sister-in-law Lorette Bensley. She is survived by: her children, Laura Bingaman, Micheal Humphrey and Maureen Humphrey; her grandchildren, Brendan Bingaman (Skylar Schick), Madisyn Bingaman, Makhya Banks and Tayzier Shine; her children, Samantha, Paige and Michael Williams; her great grandchildren, Tobias and Atticus Bingaman; her former husband Clare Humprey (Dianne); and her siblings, Scott Bensley (Roseanne), Tim Bensley and Terry Bensley (Dawn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Donna's name to a charity of one's choice.
