She is survived by : her parents, Thomas Forder and Edith Forder; her husband Robert; her daughter Mackenzie DeCarlo (Kyle Metz); her stepdaughters, Rebecca Clinkhammer (John) and Jennifer Yiengst; and her sisters, Susan Polosto (Dave), Shirley Narburgh and Sandy Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
