She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Kozody, David Kozody (Kristen), Brian Kozody (Carrie) and Paul Kozody (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Olivia Cupo (Matthew), Macrae, Mason, Mallory and Sophie Kozody; her great grandchild Henry Cupo; and her siblings, Frances Dexheimer, Lawrence Slusar (Janet) and Paul Slusar (Dianne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
