She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Ottaviano and Caroline Ottaviano (Iorio); her husband Richard "Shake" Siedlecki; and her brother-in-law David Siedlecki. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Tretter (Joseph) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Andrew Siedlecki (Rose) of Lewiston, NY; her sister Angeline Wolk of Orlando, Florida; and her family, Mary and Shake. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
