Potrubacz; her son Michael Potrubacz; her siblings, Helen Levanduski, Dorothy Balcerzak (Joseph), Theresa Kujawa (Raymond), Charles Hill (Elsie), Thomas Levanduski (Mickey), Walter Levanduski (Elsie) and Edward Levanduski; her niece Kathy Kelly; and her great-nephew Zachary Kujawa.
She is survived by: her children, David Potrubacz and Judith Jopson; her daughter-in-law Jane Potrubacz; her grandsons, Jay Gonzalez and Jacob Gonzalez; her great grandchildren, Michaela Potrubacz, Noah Gonzalez, Cameron Gonzalez and David Cira (Amber); her nephew Joseph Kujawa (Barbara); her niece Diane Gilhooly (late Dan); her nephew-in-law Michael Kelly; her great-niece Danielle; and her nephew Alex Kujawa.
