He is survived by: his stepfather Henry; his children, Richard G. Cichocki, Jr., Lisa Cichocki-Lalka (Elaine), Charlene Cichocki-Walsh (Pat Kelly), Randall Cichocki and Reginald Cichocki; his stepdaughters, Cheryl Hoffman (Jim) and Karen Carlton (Bob Fox); his grandchildren, Richard Swierczynski, Kelly, Patrick Walsh, Chelsea, Erica Cichocki, Tyler, Tanner Waldriff, Jordan Heye (Savannah), Nicole Carlton (Patrick Pollard) and Melissa Carlton (Josh Stockwell); Lynn, Roger "Duffy" Plummer and Richard.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (215 W Center St, Medina, NY 14103). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Orchard Assembly of God Church (12111 Ridge Rd, Medina, NY 14103).
