It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Metcalf (Medina, New York), who passed away on December 28, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Richard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Metcalf and Eva Metcalf; and his sister Ellen. He is survived by: his children, Jay Metcalf (Michelle), David Metcalf (Rhonda) and Cynthia Clark (Bob); and his sister Linda. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren as a well as several nieces and nephews.
