It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul W. Bulmer of Melrose, New York, who passed away on April 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Bulmer and Alice Vining Bulmer North; and his stepfather Arthur E. North. He is survived by : his wife Susan Polhemus Bulmer; his sons, William Bulmer (Lisa Rocco) and Patrick Bulmer (Paige A.); his brother Arthur North (Kathy); his brother-in-law Michael Polhemus (Wilma); and his grandchildren, Liam (Paige E.), David, Eliza and PJ. He is also survived by eight nieces.
