With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maria C. Saenz of Melville, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 15, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie Bower (Evan) and Katherine Nava; her grandsons, Michael Blumberg, Eric Blumberg (Emily Levitt), David Blumberg and Max Nava; her sister Susan Brunoni; her nephews, Michael Brunoni and Anthony Brunoni; and her close friend Cheryl Belvis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Beney Funeral Home (79 Berry Hill Rd, Syosset, NY 11791). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Edward the Confessor Roman Catholic Church (205 Jackson Ave, Syosset, NY 11791). A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Locust Valley Cemetery (117 Ryefield Rd, Locust Valley, NY 11560).
