He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Phillips and Joan Phillips of Pittsford, NY. He is survived by: his daughters, Katelyn Phillips (Thomas McNamee), Megan Wile (Seth) and Molly Babigian (Harout); his grandsons, Melkon Babigian, Ahren Babigian, Cole McNamee, Everett McNamee and Emrys Babigian; and his siblings, Leesa Coutant (Greg) and Todd Phillips (Kristi). He is also survived by loving nieces; and several cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Serenity House of Victor or your charity of choice.
