We announce the death of Joan M. Foley of Merrick, New York, who passed away on August 9, 2026, at the age of 95. Joan will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard; her children, Richard, Timothy, Denise Neibart, Regina Grodski, Patricia Loeffler and James; her brother Eugene Eisert; and her son Bedford Ave. She was also cherished by 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joan's name to Bobbi and the Strays.
