He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Feeney and Dena Feeney (Giovo); his wife Mary Lou (Sachel); his brother Patrick Feeney; and his brother-in-law Jim Sachel.
He is survived by: his close friends, Carl Walrath, Sam Sindoni and Richard McKean (Dick); his son Brian Feeney (Mary Jane Thomson) of Hanahan, SC; and his sisters, Dena C. Feeney (Katie) of Washington, DC and Mary Jo Jackson (Ronald Jackson) of Rectortown, VA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
