He is survived by: his significant other Karen Ladd; his children, Susan Ladd, Curtis Relyea (Samantha), Karen Bertrand (Jason), Jan Ladd, Kaylee Relyea and Conan Relyea (Mindy); and his sister Billy-Jo Relyea (Dave).
