He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin H Lighthall and Helen S. Lighthall; his sister Edna Lighthall; and his sons, Donald Edwin and Edwin Howard III.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Dianne Gallenberger of Baldwinsville, Susan Buske (David) of Oswego, Marcia Albrecht (Jeff) of Mexico, William and Robert; and his daughter-in-law Lorraine. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
