With solemn reverence, we commemorate Emma McConnell of Mexico, New York, whose life came to an end on April 23, 2024 at the age of 89, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Conrad House and Nellie House; her husband Melzer G. McConnell; her son Lester V. McConnell; and her siblings, Lawrence House, Sarah Clement and Charles House.

She is survived by : her children, Cynthia Wade (Michael) and Gary McConnell (Deborah); and her grandchildren, Aaron Wade (Linda), Seth Wade, Ellen Martin (Dalton), April McConnell, Christopher McConnell (Tiffany), Emily Skardinski (Steven), Donald McConnell and Nik D'Emanuele. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Haven Congregational Church (4270 NY 104, Oswego, NY 13121). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Congregational Church of New Haven (4270 NY 104, Oswego, NY 13121).

Memorial Contributions in Emma's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 5015 Campuswood Dr., Suite 102, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
