She was predeceased by: her parents, George Samson and Evelyn Samson (Brennan); her former husband Donald F. Bracy; her husband Freeman "Jim" Dirk; her siblings, Mary Evelyn Caprin, Jackie Samson, Peg Foraker, Ronnie Samson, Franny Samson, Tommy Samson, Robert Samson, Brian Samson, Gen Rupert and Michele Parrish; and her stepchildren, Connie Cory, Jimmy Dirk, Tim Dirk and Kevin Dirk.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Bracy (Vicky) and Ken Bracy (Janice); her stepchildren, Donald Bracy, Gary Dirk, Sandy O'Dwyer, Pam Dienhoffer and Lisa Cussen; and her sister Honore Lyons (Bill). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home (910 Fay St, Fulton, NY 13069). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter Cemetery (379 E River Rd, Oswego, NY 13126).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Judy's name may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
