He is survived by: his parents, Amy Hayden and Joseph Hayden; his grandparents, Cynthia Bishop (Bill), Joseph Crimmins, Judy Hayden, Sr. and Debbie Lazzaro; his great-grandparents, Betty Blake, Joe, Elaine Lazzaro, Helen, Lester McMillian, Robert, Mable Bishop, Doris Wallace, Fred and Betty Crimmins; his aunts and uncles, Shawn (Amanda Stenquist), Cindy Jo (Jeremy Crimmins), Jared (Donna Crimmins), Justin (Cassie Crimmins), Joanna (Becky Crimmins) and Russell (Trisha Bristol); and his cousins, Jason "Bubba", Justin, Alicia and Lizzy. He is also survived by numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.
