She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Conrad and Millie Conrad; her brother Butch; and her significant other John W. Holbrook. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey J. Holbrook; and her sibling Doree Graczyk. She is also survived by three nieces, several cousins and many, many wonderful friends.
