She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Skilinski and Earl Skilinski; and her husband Nicholas E. Peterson. She is survived by: her daughter Diane Veiga; and her granddaughters, Maggi, Eliana and Elizabet Veiga. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mexico VFW Post #369 (5930 Scenic Ave, Mexico, NY 13114).
