He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. and Gloria; his brother Ronald; his nephew Jake (Jillian); his cousins, Mathew Baisley, Doc Spillett and Johnny Boy Spillett; his godmother Joan Della Rocca; his uncles, Johnny Della Rocca and Hassleberger; his aunt Rose; and his cousin Robert Della Rocca.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Hoeffner; his brother Wayne (Joanne); his sisters-in-law, Patricia (Scott) and Dorothy (Fred); his niece Jennifer; his godsons, Timmothy and Michael; his nephews, Chuckie and Ryan; and his cousins, Hoeffners, Theobolds and Licaris.
