Michael left this world on October 13, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Michael leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Michael Andrew Giannattasio and Morgan Giannattasio (Aaron Oringer); his wife Lorraine; and his parents, Edward Giannattasio and Marie Giannattasio.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mangano Family Funeral Home of Middle Island (640 Middle Country Rd, Middle Island, NY 11953). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery - Coram (3442 NY-112, Coram, NY 11727).
