He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Perlowski (Mele); his daughters, Julia Perlowski, Andrea Wendland (Brian) and Jeanne Anderson (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Anthony Maio (Christine), Jerry Maio (Barbara), Brian, Christopher, Kathryn, Olivia and Lyla; and his great grandchild Everly Joy.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and volunteered with Make a Wish Foundation.
