He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Starr and Antoinette Starr; his wife Dorothy; his daughter Christine; his siblings, Charlie and MaryAnn; his siblings-in-law, Margo Starr and Ed Mulholland; and his nephew David.
