He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his sons, James Smith, III and Mark Smith; his grandchildren, Ian, Jacklyn, Bradley and Brook; his siblings, Sharon Smith (Brian) and Tim Smith (Gina); and his nieces, Sharon and Chloe. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Coltrain Funeral Home (134 River St, Middleburgh, NY 12122). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
