Jerome Polak Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerome Polak of Middleburgh, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 14, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances J. Polak (Smolarski) and John A. Polak; his wife Christine Polak (Palmer); and his brothers, Jesse Polak, Joseph Polak and James Polak.

He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Polak (Robert), Melanie Laraway (Will) of Middleburgh, Bill McLean (Linda) and Stanley McLean (Amy); his grandchildren, Will Laraway (Sean) and Carson Laraway (Renee); his great grandchildren, Colt, Raven, Mabel and Layla; his brother Gene Polak; and his sister-in-law Diane Polak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
