He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grace Dugan (Nelson) and Edward Dugan; his close friend Frank; his wife Andrea Dugan (Lambeth); his children, Robert, Sean and Sydney Dugan; his grandchildren, Haylee Dugan, Sean Dugan, Emma Salisbury, Tyler Salisbury, Annalisa Russotto and Charlotte Dugan; his stepsons, Jason Wicks and Michael Mastropietro; his stepgrandchildren, Zoe Lohman, Ella Wicks and Jaxon Wicks; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Callum Lohman and Davina Imer; and his siblings, Edward Dugan, Dennis Dugan, Susan Vogler, Stephen Dugan and Jeanne Knapp.
