He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard Sidebottom and Doris Yingling (Freer); his son Cody; his brother-in-law Bruce Deyarmin; and his stepfather Robert Yingling.
He is survived by : his children, Jeffrey Kirk Sidebottom, Michael Sidebottom, Nathan Sidebottom and Ashley; and his siblings, Eric Sidebottom (Ces), Dennis Sidebottom (Laurie), Kim Deyarmin and Pamela Fearby (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeffrey's name to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr, Lockport, NY 14094.
