It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mason C. Shafer of Middleport, New York, born in Medina, New York, who passed away on August 10, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Shafer (Lembke). He is survived by: his father Wilbur Shafer (Carol); his children, Jamie Codjovi, Stacie Jowdy (Charles) and John Shafer (Jocelyn); his grandchildren, Jelani, Brielle Codjovi, Caleb, Alice Jowdy and Carter Shafer; and his siblings, Eric Shafer (Christine) and Jody Peters (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
