He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Matusak and Victoria Matusak (Kaczynski); his brother Richard Matusak; and his sister-in-law Jody Matusak. He is survived by: his wife Karen Matusak (Clark) of Middleport; his son Scott Matusak (Debra) of Lockport; his stepsons, Darwin Poler and Eric Poler (Kerry); his stepgrandchildren, Maxim and Stella Poler; his brothers, Donald Matusak and Thomas Matusak; his nephew Andrew Matusak (Autumn); and his great-nephew Declan Matusak. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bates, Wallace & Heath Funeral Home (38 State St, Middleport, NY 14105). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
