He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Gage and Esther Gage; his brother Fred; and his nephew Scott. He is survived by: his wife Ida E. Main; his children, Laura, Cheryl and Bradley; his daughter-in-law Nora; his grandchildren, Shawn, Taryn, Jessica, MacKenzie, Christopher "Kit", Morgan, Kelsey, Arthur, Brittany and Steven; his nephews, Dave and Brian; Andrew, Aiden, Dylan, Zachary, Keira, Tristan, Kinley, Aubrey and Graham.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Walker Valley Fire Department, P.O. Box 370, Walker Valley, NY 12588 for the wonderful care they have provided every time they responded to the 911 calls and/or Project Purple http://www.projectpurple.org in honor of their son Scott.
