He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blake and Mildred Goetchius; his wife Linda P. Blake; and his sister Mary Goodman. He is survived by: his brother John Blake, Sr.; his grandchildren, Ashley Chabut (Katrina), Jaylee Chabut, Jackie Welsh, Alyssa, Welsh, Ava Centorcilli, Braiden Carney, Braiden Dimartino, Cameron Dimartino and Tyler Dimartino; and his great grandchild Daniel Dailey.
