He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Sullivan (Reed); his sons, Patrick and Brian (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Colton and Hailey; his father Frank Sullivan; and his brother Mark Sullivan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Barry's name to Action Toward Independence (309 Broadway Suite A – Monticello, NY 12701), a non-profit organization that strives to improve the lives of disabled people.
