He was predeceased by: his father Warren Burnett. He is survived by: his mother Rayella Burnett; his wife Elizabeth "Candy" Ketcham Burnett; his children, Troy Burnett and Keri Sharaf (Ash); his grandchildren, Zak and Zain Sharaf; his sisters, Susan Ciani (Frank), Linda Helgerman (Art) and Sharon Lyons (Pepper); and his siblings-in-law, Cherie Rockow (Duane), Horace "Lucky" Ketcham (Barbara) and Frank Ketcham (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Otisville-Mt. Hope Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 628, Otisville, NY 10963 or to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, 912 Killian Hill Road S.W., Lilburn, GA 30047.
