He was predeceased by: his aunts, Carol Stevens and Anne Quintiliani; his uncle Patrick Sullivan; and his close friend Simone Farran. He is survived by: his parents, Robert H. Chesser, III (Susan Risio) and Cynthia A. Chesser (Quintiliani); his siblings, James Chesser (Michelle Murphy) and Kristy Chesser (Eric Satterly); and his stepbrothers, Christopher, Patrick, Michael and Ben. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
