He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Collins and Marion Collins; and his sister Janet Cromie. He is survived by: his wife Janice Collins; his children, Richard E. Collins (Joanne Kennedy) of Monsey, NY and Deborah Neuburger of Middletown; his granddaughter Jennifer Neuburger of Middletown; and his brother Harvey W. Collins (Barbara) of Loveland, CO. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
