He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Howell and Murlick of Nevada; his stepfather Raymond Murlick; his sisters, Linda Howell and Jeanette Braxton (Paul Braxton); his niece Nancy Braxton; and his brother John Newton.
He is survived by: his wife Estrella "Starr" Howell; his children, Daniel "Jason" Howell (Virginia "Ginny"), Christopher Howell (Natasha) and Delyce Howell; his sister Karmen Dopslaff (Ullie); and his grandchildren, Daniel Jr., Dalton, Jared, Jaxon, Adin, Averie and Hannah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to organizations supporting veterans and the Elks, causes that were close to Danny's heart.
