She was predeceased by: her daughter Wendy; her grandchildren, Paul, Adrianna, Xavier, Keana, Brianna, Aiyana, Lizzy, Joseph Jr., Mario, Kayla, Emily, Johnathan, Geno and Gavin; and her siblings, Rosendo, Tony, Abraham, Hiram, Virgin, Amparo, Angie, Milagros and Blanca Flor.
She is survived by: her husband Fernando; her children, Yvette, Marisol (Joe), Maribel (Michael) and Fernando Jr.; and her brother Roberto. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home (130 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (149 Cottage St, Middletown, NY 10940). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the St. Joseph's Cemetery (149 Cottage St, Middletown, NY 10940).
Dulce embodied the Christian virtues of charity, kindness, and humility, inspiring those around her to follow in her footsteps of service and love.
