He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay (Marjorie Duncanson) and Ed. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Brian (Joanne), Jennifer (Richard Scheitler), Cynthia (Brian Masters), Stephanie and Michael (Elizabeth); his brother Richard (Marlinda); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Brenna, Emily, Brock, Duncan and Alexis.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home (130 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (2800 NY-17K, Bullville, NY 10915).
In lieu of flowers, friends are encouraged to make a donation to the Rails to Trails Conversancy or the Friends of Gettysburg.
