It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie E. Manco of Middletown, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick and Elizabeth Finger; and her husband Ernest G. Manco. She is survived by: her grandson Kenneth McIlroy; her brother Fredrick Finger; and her children, Linda Martini (Richard Owens) of Utica, N. Y, Robert Manco (Sarah) of Folly Beach, Dr. Barbara Manco and N. Y.. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
