He is survived by: his wife Annette "Nancy" Scarzafava; his children, Eugene, Keith (Kimmie), Michele, Kevin (Renee') and James "Jimmy" Smith (Donna); his grandchildren, Gabriella (Brandon), Matthew, Rhyan, Gianna, Morgan, Lauren and Aubrey; and his great grandchild Nova.
